Abstract
Se informa de la instalación de un Ionosonda IPS-42 en la Estación Ionosférica de Base Teniente Marsh (62°12'S.; 58°54'W.) en febrero 1986, especificando sus características, las de sus antenas asociadas y el proceso de colección y archivo de los datos.
This note informs about the positioning of a Ionosonde IPS-42 at Ionospheric Station at the Chilean Base Teniente Marsh (62°12'S.; 58°54'W.) in February 1986. The ionosonde characteristics, and those of its associated antennas, are given, as well as the process of collection of data which are stored in the VAX-780 computer at Universidad de Concepción, Chile.
